Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore

This one really depends on what sauce you use, as that is what supplies a lot of the flavor. I use Classico Four Cheese pasta sauce, and I usually add a bit more garlic and some parmesan cheese.

Best Ever Chocolate Cutout Cookies

If I could give this recipe NO STARS I would have. Despite following the recipe (and many of the suggestions) quite carefully and refrigerating for well over two hours, it wouldn't even come close to holding together long enough to cut shapes out of it. This is defiitely NOT the Best Ever Chocolate Cutout Cookie recipe.

Bacon Chicken II

While the barbecue sauce and bacon juices left the chicken tasty and juicy, the bacon did not crisp at all. We ended up eating the chicken but not the bacon.

Apple Bundt Cake

I baked this cake for a Christmas party at work (but left out the nuts), and nearly everyone had two or three slices. I just barely snagged a slice to take home to my husband. Even my supervisor, who hates cake, had three slices! It really blew everyone away.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Absolutely positively mouthwateringly satisfying. Unlike other blueberry muffin recipes I've tried and tasted, the cake of these muffins isn't overwhelmingly sweet, but instead has a bit of a tartness. Everyone who tried them raved about the crunchy topping. I used frozen blueberries nuked in the microwave for 1 minute...they bleed juice everywhere but that gives the batter a pretty purplish color. I'll definitely be using this one again.

Barb's Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

One main problem with this recipe: I followed directions and divided the batter into 24 muffin liners, but it was simply NOT enough batter for that many cups. I ended up with what amounted to muffin bottoms with no tops. If you want nice, poofy topped muffins, double the amount of batter or use only 12 muffin liners. Aside from that, the muffins were delicious.
