Italian-Style Baked Crispy Chicken Breasts

Very yummy! I think this will also be good on salmon... I think I will try that next. I didn't use any oil, and used thighs and it turned out great!

Barbequed Marinated Flank Steak

I did what others said and put in sesame oil and hoisin. I let it marinate overnight, and it turned out really tender! I added green onions too. I think next time I will add real garlic and red chili flakes.

Glazed Tofu Meatloaf

I really liked this recipe. I took the suggestions from others by using 1/2 of the soy sauce. I used pork instead of turkey and it turned out really juicy. I didn't use the green peppers, but I minced some onions and mixed it in. I think next time I will add water chestnuts diced, to add a nice crunch to it. It was very tasty. Will definitely make this again!

Doreen's Steak Marinade

It was easy, flavorful, and different. I used merlot instead of sherry, I added 2 t of brown sugar and marinaded it for at least 4-5 hours. I also added more garlic to it. I took the recommendation of another review and simmered the sauce and poured it over. It was icing on the cake. I would definitely use this one again for sure! Thank you !!!

Slow-Cooked Short Ribs

Is there such thing as to give 6 stars? We loved this recipe. I have been looking for a long time for a slow cooker short rib recipe and this one really makes up for the time. I read other reviews and considered their suggestions. So, I did not flour and brown the meat before. I just put the meat in the pot and made the sauce. I didn't have chili sauce so I used siracha sauce, and it turned out great! I served them with mashed potatoes, and it was such a great meal. My husband was in heaven! Next time, I will thicken the sauce to more like a gracy consistency. But it was great otherwise. And a great dish to do for a party! Thank you for the recipe!!! Will hold on to this one for like... forever!

Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

I really loved this recipe. I read all the other reviews and tried to implement all the other reviews suggestions. I added, broccoli, red pepper, green onions, cherry tomatoes, and omited the cheese. I didn't have garlic pepper so I added more garlic powder and used black pepper. I made sure I cooked the bacon in the microwave to make it extra crispy and right before mixing I added the bacon. So a great recipe if you plan to do this for a party and this allows you to make it a day before, but just don't mix it until the party. I think next time I will add more veggies to this dish. Thank you for the recipe, everyone loved it!

It was a great and easy recipe, I did what other reviewers said, and added potatoes and carrots. I will next time thicken the sauce to be more gravy like consistency. It was great and easy!

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

It was sooo tender, and juicy! I did was others said, and after it is cooked, to put it in the oven to crisp the skin. I used a chicken rub inside and out. What I will do next time is put the chicken breast side down. So the breast will be more juicy. Thanks for the recipe!

Chinese Pork Ribs

Very easy! I used bone in country style pork ribs and it turned out just great! Thank you, this is definitely a keeper. I will double the sauce next time to have plenty to pour over rice!

Italian Pasta Salad I

This is the very same salad that a bar and grill used to make, using garlic ranch, however, you can't get garlic ranch anymore, so thus the end of the salad. But with this recipe it is just the same!!! I added, peppers of course green onions, black and green olives, and parmesan and romano cheese, and it turned out just great!

California Roll Salad

Great new salad! I changed things and took suggestions from others... I used Romaine lettuce, put sesame seeds in the dressing, and since I didn't have wasabi powder, I used wasabi paste instead. I also used either basmati or long grain rice, since japanese rice or short grain can be too sticky to use. I put nori strips on top and fried wonton strips. Definitely a salad I would bring to a potluck to bring something different. Thanks for the recipe!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

This was so flavorful! And so easy to make that is the key. I changed things alittle, I added sliced carrots, diced potatoes, and celery. I didn't do a full container of biscuits maybe half. I cooked it on slow all day. I added 1/2 c water. Very good! Will make this again for sure!

Asian Salmon

It was great! I didn't have 2 lbs of salmon, I only had maybe 1.5 lbs but I went by the recipe accordingly, and did not make the dill rice but plain rice and with the sauce it was perfect with plain rice. I let it sit longer in the marinade and didn't slash the salmon like it said. It turned out just great!

The salad turned out really good, I cooked the rice according to the package and thought it was still too soft for this dish, so next time I think I will reduce the amount of water. But it was simple and flavorful!

It turned out really moist, and the spices were great, I used beef broth instead. Next time, I think I will add more salt, and spices. I served it with cabbage, salsa, cilantro and guacomole.

Country Breakfast Casserole

Very good and easy. I have seen this recipe before and I thought I had to make this the night before so I did, and then read the recipe and it didn't ask for me to do that... but I made it the next morning it was just great! Suggestions: use french bread and cut into one inch blocks,and I added more green onions. But perfect for brunch or Christmas morning, where you just want to stick in the oven and go enjoy the morning! THANK YOU FOR THE RECIPE!!

Sesame Crusted Mahi Mahi with Soy Shiso Ginger Butter Sauce

Very good! I think next time I will use half a lemon instead. I used frozen basil from Trader Joes and instead of shallots, I used a red onion. I took the advice of another review and just made the sauce in a pan instead of a blender. I served on jasmine rice, it was great!
