Carrie's Bruschetta Appetizer

So delicious!!! Feta and cream cheese mix...YUM!!! Added some chopped kalamata olives to half the tomato mixture (used both canned petite diced tomatoes and fresh tomatoes) because I love them, but wasn't sure if everyone at our party would. Both versions came out fantastic!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Love this recipe! Sometime I use 1/2 white sugar and 1/2 white sugar on top, and that works great too. Also, I have added vanilla to the batter as well as a little cinnamon. Very good!

Peanut Butter Temptations II

Very good cookie and a very good base dough. I took this dough and wrapped it around a Rolo and then made a ball, and baked it. They turned out so good and chewy, I drizzled melted chocolate on top and they looked very pretty. Great recipe, will be using this recipe every Christmas!

Very easy and good, not great. This fudge is like all other fudge I've had, nothing extraordinary, but good! Would make again if I don't find a fanatatic recipe!

Sorry, these were incredibly tasteless and crumbly. Followed the recipe exactly, and watched for the cracks in the top to make sure they were done. Don't get the high rating at all.

Grandmother's Carrot Casserole

This was delicious! Simple and so good! The only change I made was to add more crackers on top with a little melted butter/margarine and then sprinkle on top, this gave the casserole alot of crunch. Will definitly make again!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

This chili was good, but not great like most other reviews said. I did follow the recipe as written, with the exception of cutting out one of the peppers. I prefer a slightly sweet chili, while this recipe was more on the salty side. Would not make again due to the number of ingredients, but most everyone who tried it said it was good.

Beer Bread I

Good bread! I would add a little more sugar if you are looking for a substitute to the expensive beer bread mixes. This bread is so easy to make and can be made savory by adding spices. Will make this again!

Apple-Raisin French Toast Casserole

This dish was okay, nothing extraordinary! I did cut the cream cheese in half since so many others thought it had too much, and I used lowfat half and half. I think some vanilla would make this dish better and possibly some cinnamon/sugar sprinkled on top. Another option would be to sweeten the cream cheese. It definitely needed the extra maple syrup on top to give it some flavor and sweetness!
