Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2013
great recipe. Dipping in olive oil and then bread crumbs is easier than in egg. Baking makes the chicken real tender too.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Fabulous. Only way I will cook a pork tenderloin from now on. Only substitute was white wine as it was all I had at the time.

Hearty Minestrone

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2012
great recipe The Johnsonville sausage makes a difference. I have used other brand of sausages in minestrone but these have a nice and unique flavor. I used the Johnsonville Italian sausage patties as I could not find links. Oops I forgot the wine but it was still great. I am not going to forget this ingredient today.

Key Lime Pie VII

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2012
The best ever Key Lime Pie and oh so easy to make. Living in New England I thought the Key Lime Juice would be hard to find but 2 national grocery stores carry Kelly & Joe's Key West Lime juice. Made this for Thanksgiving and Christmas and was a big hit. Several friends have tried the recipe and were amazed at the taste and ease of making the pie.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2011
I have made this recipe in the large bakery size with a yield of 6 muffins. Used huge fresh blueberries and they were great with the streusel. Made another batch today using regular size muffin or cupcake tins. My 9 y.o granddaughter helped measure and even "folded" in the berries. The 12 muffins are baking as I write and I will bring half to my neighbor who contributed the hugh fresh and native blueberries. Cant wait to try other fruits as others have suggested. I did add a capfull of vanilla extract in the first try and added a capful of lemon to this batch. yum yum 7/31 cant stop making these muffins - hubby an grandkids just keep scooping them up. I have made them with fresh blueberries and another batch with fresh peaches and they were also to die for. Today a batch of 10 bakery size peach and blueberries are in the oven right now. Cant wait to try them with apples this fall.

Dirt Cake I

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2009
great cake and the grandkids loved it - no left overs. I used a recipe years ago which called for chocolate wafer cookies. They are not easy to find but worth the hunt so scour the cookie section. I found them way up on the top shelf in my super market after I had made the cake. Go figure!!!

absolutely great recipe. I added some cheddar cheese and it was as good as the soup at Panera's. yum yum. Made it again and substituted cauliflower for the broccoli and added some carrots then used my immersion blender Great on these awful wintery days we are having.

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2008
Yum Yum. An excellent and not ordinary banana bread. It's definitely a keeper. I only changed the sugar to half white and half brown sugar as suggested in other reviews. I omitted the cherries, hubby doesn't like them but I don't think it altered the recipe that much. There was loots of batter, enough for a 9 inch loaf and an 8 inch one.

awesome recipe. Made this twice and it is a keeper. Even the grandkids loved it but they prefer it without nuts. Grandma loves nuts so she wins.
