I reduced the butter to 1/4 cup and compensated the rest of butter with oil. I didn't have milk so I used 1/2 cup condensed milk and 1/4 cup water. Didn't have banana chips so sprinkled the top with more granola mix. It came out delicious!

Ultimate Irresistible Granola

I made a half recipe but included flax seed instead of sunflower seeds since I didn't have any on hand. I also only had half a cup of honey, but it was sweet enough. Next time I will add a small sprinkle of salt as suggested by another reviewer. I did not have problems with it being oily, but I may have used more dry ingredients than the recipe called for. I also cooked it longer than called for and let it cool inside the oven. Smells just like an oatmeal cookie so I had to add some chocolate chips after cooling but still a little warm to soften the chocolate.

Blackberry Cobbler

Great, easy recipe. I used frozen berries, which were already sweet. Next time I will reduce the sugar in the simple syrup.

Thai Basil Rolls with Hoisin-Peanut Sauce

Easy recipe although it requires many ingredients. I left out the pork, mint, and sprouts since I didn't have any on hand. I added thinly sliced carrots that I needed to get rid of instead. It worked fine. Next time I will add a bit more peanut butter to the sauce. Will definitely make again!

Quick Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

Followed the recipe exactly to make mini-muffins. There was not enough lemon flavor for my taste. Next time I will add fresh lemon zest as suggested by another reviewer. Overall, it was well worth the 30 minutes of my day.

Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies

I followed the measurements as described by the first reviewer, Cherish except that I used 3 and one fourth cups flour and floured my surface generously. I had a small problem with spreading in my first batch, but since I kept flouring my surface, I didn't have problems with subsequent batches due to the added flour. I would suggest testing one cookie before making a whole batch. Taste was excellent. 8oz cream cheese added a lot. Maybe I will add some lemon extract next time or substitute part all purpose flour with almond flour.

Classic Tiramisu

reduced sugar to 3/4C as recommended by other reviewers. I kept the eggs over the double boiler for about 13-15 minutes to thicken more because I was worried about other comments about runny and soggy final products, which I did not experience with this recipe. Thank you for this simple yet impressive recipe!
