Very good recipe. I added some ground red pepper on top for a little heat.

Grilled Chicken Thighs Tandoori

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2008
Marinade was something I would use again, but I would not use chicken thighs. I will try again on chicken breats to eliminate the bones and skin that detracted from the meal itself. I loved the use of yogurt in the marinade.

Cumin Chicken With Apples

Made the dish according to the recipe. Nice combination of salty and sweet. I would make again and not deviate from recipe.

Zucchini Yogurt Multigrain Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2008
We love this recipe. As a previous reviewer said, too much sugar though. I cut out the sugar and added a little more honey. I kept the oats whole and added dried cranberries and doubled the vegies. We have this recipe every few weeks and a batch never lasts more than two or three days. Great way to sneak in vegetables and made as a mini-muffin, perfect for snacking.

Spicy Cranberry Pecan Cornbread Stuffing

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2008
Recipe is unusable. Very dry and original recipe made way too much. Not a good combination of sweet, spicy, and salty flavorings. Will try another recipe next time.

I used the recipe for the blackened seasoning. I have used seasoning on pork, steak and fish along with chicken. Good stuff.

La Genovese

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2007
I read other posts and searched out more imput on other ingredients to make less bland. I used 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, 1 tsp dried marjoram, 1/2 tsp fennel seed and grated parmesan on top after complete. Because I added other ingredients to recipe makes a 4 not a 5, but with ingredients the rating is a 5. Good stuff.

A simple, warm sidedish. Cut down the garlic and added some mushrooms. Good stuff.

Skillet Apple Chicken

Excellent taste - exactly what I was looking for. I did not have pumpkin pie spice, so I replaced with cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg.

Maple-Mustard Glazed Pork Chops

Reviewed: May 24, 2007
Used lite pancake syrup (no pure syrup) and used onion salt instead of onion powder (did not have either). Chops came out very tasty that everyone loved.

Artichoke Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2007
Excellent taste. I added 1 cup of fresh mushrooms and substituted half the mayonnaise with half low fat sour cream. This will go in my normal rotation. Nice work.

I served on Valentine's day with shrimp, chicken and brussel sprouts. We drank the same wine with dinner and all flavors were awesome. Great recipe.

Maple Salmon

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2007
The maple flavor was excellent, but the sweetness did not soak into the salmon enough. I am going to try to marinate for 24 hours and check sweetness. The edges were fantastic!

Tangy Barbecue Sandwiches

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2007
Original recipe was a little too tangy for my taste. I substituted a half of a cup of ketchup with more bbq sauce. I also added a tbsp. of cayenne pepper.
