Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2014
Incredible! This is my new favorite fish recipe! So easy to put together and the taste is excellent. I pan fried instead of grilled but I definitely wouldn't change anything else in this recipe. Served with parmesan asparagus and polenta with lemon zest. Can't wait for the leftovers!

Peachy Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2014
It tasted just like french toast but takes 2 hours longer to make! It was ok, but nothing special. I agree with other reviewers that you can't really taste the peaches and I even added the juice the peaches came in. The only redeeming quality in this recipe is the sauce, which is absolutely AMAZING! It's so simple and delicious and would be great on ice cream and any number of other desserts.

Turkey Pot Pie II

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2013
Excellent. If you are not making loads of changes to this recipe then 1/2 cup milk is too much. We used 2 tablespoons instead and the consistency was perfect! We also used fresh carrots in place of frozen veg (just our personal preference). Serve on a bed of mashed potatoes. :)

Seafood Pot Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2013
Very good! It was a little runny but I would not add pastry to the bottom. We served this dish on a bed of mashed potatoes which soaked up the juices and with the crunchy pastry on top it was delicious! The sauce will thicken up over time (and is also good the next day). The only thing we changed was we used a bag of mixed seafood (baby octopus, baby calamari, mussels, clams and shrimp) instead of the seafood the recipe called for. Also next time I will use more pastry on the top as it shrunk down a lot more than I had anticipated. Definitely recommend this recipe.

Skillet-Grilled Catfish

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2011
Excellent flavor! I didn't have onion powder so had to omit that. I also substituted white pepper for lemon pepper and added a 1/4 tsp of mustard powder. will be making again.

Kelli's Baked Halibut

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2011
My fiance made this for me and I was unsure about the recipe but it turned out really well. Very nice flavor, although next time I will use less cracker crumbs. He served this with a lemon pepper mayo dip which was an amazing compliment to the dish!

Gorgonzola Cheese Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2007
My roommate really liked it and I thought it was ok. It has a really nice flavor, but the dressing is a little runny. If I were to make this again I wouldn't use as much milk.

Mediterranean Tuna Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2007
This salas was delicious! I made it with fresh tuna instead of canned tuna. I also had to double the dressing recipe because it didn't seem to be enough for a meal for 2 people. I will definitely be making this again.
