Fantastic potato soup! My husband doesn't like dill so we omit it, but it is wonderful even without the flavor. I also keep about 1/2 of the potatoes in chunks, rather than pureeing them. Comes out great every time!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Wonderful alfredo sauce! My husband and I absolutely love this recipe. It is so quick and easy and never turns out bad. If we have fresh garlic on hand we swap a clove or two for the garlic powder. I normally will use 1 cup of half-and-half and 1 cup low-fat milk. This is delicious time and time again!

Butter Cream Frosting II

Great-tasting frosting- my husband thinks this is better than the bakery! I never thought I had the time for making homemade frosting, but this was SO quick and easy it totally changed my mind!

Cinnamon-Apple Chex® Mix

Excellent sweet snack mix...really nice blend of flavors. I halved this recipe and fudged on the measurements, and it still came out perfect! Even my picky husband likes it. I substituted cinnamon Chex, added dark chocolate-covered raisins, and about 1 cup of apple-cinnamon Cheerios to the mix, and it is wonderful. I also found some cinnamon-flavored apple chips to use in place of dried apples- these have a little crisper texture than plain dried apples and great flavor. Great autumn snack mix!

Quick and Easy Chicken Spaghetti

I love chicken spaghetti but haven't been able to find a recipe that I like too well- until this one! Great flavor and SO easy to make. Just be sure to read the ingredient amounts very carefully...I didn't the first time and wound up with way too much cheese!
