Strawberry Cheesecake

I did it without the strawberries and it was the best I've ever made. Then I made it with the strawberries and it was yummy too. I'll be using this one from now on.

So yummy. I threw everything into my food processor and it came out so creamy and spreadable. Taste delightful. Added a bit of garlic, no salt.

Left out the almonds, added a wee bit of onion. Thought it was ok. Very easy to make. Shredded my chicken tho.

Slow Cooker Pork Chops

I was amazed at how delicious this turned out, for it to be so simple. My husband refused to eat it so I took the leftovers and added mushrooms and pork gravy and it was so yummy for my lunch at work. Cheap meal too!

Ham and Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2009
I loved it. I didn't have enough cheese to top it, so I chopped up some process cheese slices (I know it's not real cheese), stirred them into the mix. I also shredded my chicken since my husband isn't a big fan. I took others advice and did a dash of paprika instead. Since I have some small salad tomatoes going soon, I tossed them in my dinner bowl before I filled it with the casserole. While waiting for it to cool down enough to eat, it cooked the tomatoes. Next time, MORE TOMATOES. Yummy. Also, I saute'd the onions, celery and 1/4 cup chopped red bell peppers in butter before making the sauce to ensure easy chewing for my denture wearing family.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2009
I followed the recipe for the most part. I added the flour during the last 15 minutes on HIGH and some cornstarch, came out nice and thick. I will not use a bay leaf next time. My family did not like the flavor of it. Go with your taste buds with the spices you use. Over all, a great and easy meal that taste wonderful.

Zucchini Mediterranean Style

I didn't have the cannellini beans, so I replaced them with another protein known as shredded chicken. Great easy dish, highly recommend it. I used canned roasted tomatoes....yummy. Great aroma too. Very healthy dish. Plan to use the beans next time.

Ratatouille Bake

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2009
I added chicken and polenta and kept the ravioli out to keep the calories down. My co-workers were so jealous when this dish started turn our break room into a garlic scented paradise. This dish is so EASY and YUMMY! I made my own polenta from a recipe from this site. I lined the bottom of the pan with it. Your mouth will be dripping when the aroma's start hitting your nose. If you love veggies, you'll love this dish.

Basic Cheese Polenta

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2009
I decided to make it instead of buying simply because it's cheaper and so easy. Turned out great. I used it in Ratatouille Polenta Bake from this site as well. It was so yummy and all my co-workers were inquiring about the delicious smell.

Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2009
All I did was marinate the ribs for about 5 hours in a store bought sauce, bake for 2 1/2 hours @ 350 degrees. Tossed on the grill for 2 minutes each side and my husband praised me once he took a bite. It is so rare to hear praise for my cooking from the worlds worst critic. Thanks for a great recipe!!! Will use again, might even try to make the sauce next time.

Easy Spinach Souffle

I added some quesadilla cheese to it since I didn't drain my spinach enough. Next time I'm adding artichoke hearts and making it a dip. It was SO delicious!!! My daughter even ate some and she hates spinach.

I made these before but had lost the recipe, I'm glad I was able to find it again. These are the best. I make them for parties and for my co-workers to gobble up. It's also a wonderful recipe that children can make or help with with yummy results. Thanks for sharing Sue.

Absolutely the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

These turned out great. I added Maxwell House Cafe cappuccino Mocha flavor to them because I love mocha and they still tasted excellent. I didn't have the butter flavored shortening so I added butter extract to the crisco and whipped it in. Thanks for a great recipe.

Creamy Family Style Rice Pudding

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2000
It's not very creamy, more soup like than anything. I don't think the amount of rice is correct. Otherwise, it was a simple and easy recipe. Tasty but not like described.
