Peppered Bacon and Tomato Linguine

I really enjoyed this, though (like other reviewers) will next time double the sauce and leave the pasta the same.

This wasn't "better than lasagne" for us. I would have much rather had lasagne instead. We just couldn't get into it I guess. 3/4 of it turned into leftovers and 5 days later they're still in the fridge. That says something.

Incredibly Easy Chicken and Noodles

I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with how this turned out. First of all, whoever submitted the picture had to of made changes to the recipe. I followed this to a T, and all I got was soupy chicken with a couple noodles floating around in it. It either needs to be updated to have less broth or double the noodles. What a disappointment and waste of money.

Zuppa Toscana

I have made Zuppa Toscana many times, and this version was my least favorite. It's almost like the 1 quart of water was supposed to be 2 quarts. There was way too much sausage for the amount of liquid. Sorry, this just didn't work for me.

Jean's Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

This made a good meal. The only reason I gave this a 4 instead of a 5 was because I guess I was expecting something else. The front picture of this recipe was a tad decieving. I thought there would be a thicker texture.

Ground Beef Stroganoff

I am sorry to report that I was very unimpressed with this recipe. While it was cooking, the smell of mayonnaise was very strong. I thought the sour cream would mellow it out, but it didn't. I added 1/2 can of cream of mushroom (didn't help much) When the noodles were mixed in, I did a taste test and all I could taste was the mayo! I won't use it in Stroganoff ever again! I'm not trying to discredit the author, but the taste of this meal did not work for me.

Linguine with Fresh Tomatoes

This was fantastic!!! I know this is a great recipe because my husband is a bit picky and he made sure to save himself some leftovers for his lunch. I only made 2 alterations, I used Angel Hair Spaghetti instead of linguine, and I cooked the tomatoes prior to mixing them with the other ingredients. Awesome awesome....

Mushroom in the Middle Meatloaf

A change of pace from the normal meatloaf. I did have the problem of it not cooking all the way, so I cooked it 20 minutes longer. The texture was really different. I think I'd only do ground beef the next time.

Sour Cream Mushroom Chicken

This dish had a decent flavor, however it just came out too runny for my taste. I'd definitely omit the extra liquid and cook the onions beforehand. They came out crunchy as well.

Mild Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas

This was an "okay" meal. The amount of cheese was enough to make you yak. I'd half the cheese and season up the chicken a little. Good starter recipe though.
