Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2010
I think this is a fantastic recipe. The peanut butter makes it all the more special for me. The only problem I had was combining all the chocolate chips into the dough. I started out with 2/3 cups and I still couldn't mix it all in very well. But hey, I guess no one can really complain about oozing chocolate, can they?

Blue Cheese Burgers

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2008
these were sooo tasty on the barbeque! today my mum took out two patties that i froze and i broiled them in the toaster oven since she didn't want me to always use the hibachi all the time and i didn't want to use the oven on such a warm day. i made a marinade to baste with. i basted the burgers, broiled for three minutes, basted again, broiled for four minutes, flipped, basted, broiled for five minutes, basted one last time, broiled for two minutes, placed sliced mushroom and crumbled blue cheese on the burgers, turned off the broiler and used the remaining heat in the oven to cook and melt the mushrooms and cheese. this is delicious!

Maple Salmon

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2008
this recipe is incredibly easy, but my family did not like it too much because of the sweetness, we prefer seafood savory. but if you like maple syrup, this is a great recipe to try.

Chinese Steamed Buns

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2008
if you're looking for dim sum buns, then i guess this is it, but if you want authentic chinese buns that authentic northern chinese people eat, this won't be it, because those buns would only need yeast and not baking powder.

Yellow Cake Made from Scratch

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2007
i didn't get a bite, but everyone who took some said it was awesome I made this cake again one day in a 10" springform pan, cut it in half, spread the inside of one piece with half a package of instant vanilla pudding mix with whipped cream(real), topped the pudding mixture with slice bananas, laid the other half of the cake on top of the bananas, iced the cake with whipped cream, topped whipped cream with more sliced bananas and created my first iced cake: banana pudding cream cake. it was literally gone in 15 minutes.

Overnight Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2007
yummy yum yum! This is the best coffee cake I've ever made or eaten! I do not know what the people who said it wasn't moist are talking about, because it was the best! I baked it in the morning for breakfast, and even my mum who doesn't like cakes said it was good. I did not have any buttermilk so I used plain milk, which turned out fine. It was not too sweet, thank goodness, and the topping was great. This recipe is definitely a keeper. Thank you soooooooo much!
