Slow Cooker Lasagna

I agree with others who thought it was too salty. I added an egg to the cheese mixture and added more Parmesan cheese on top. It doesn't save much time but it was nice to have it on a hot summer day without heating up a house with no A/C.

Easy Bacon and Cheese Quiche

I hate onions so I did not add them. Love the bite of the Parmesan cheese to an otherwise classic quiche. Love this recipe and it is so quick to make on a busy work day evening. I have made this twice. My son wasn't too excited about it when I told him what I was making. However, the last time I made it...he ate it all except the piece I ate. Good stuff!!!

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

I make this a lot and everyone loves it. I cut the recipe in half and still use a 9 X 13 pan. I prefer the fresh hash browns...not frozen. I add 1/4 cup milk and 2 T melted butter. I first mix the soup, sour cream, butter and milk together and add ground pepper. I then add the cheese. Mix and then the hash browns and ham. I also top this with 1 cup crushed Lays potato chips. I don't always add the ham. I let it rest for 15 minutes before serving.

Olive Lover's Salad

I love this recipe. I have been making it for several years now. I do add 1 T white vinegar and only use olive oil. This keeps very well. I slice the olives rather than chop them.
