Nacho Cheese Sauce

Very easy and fast! I add some really sharp chedder and pepperjack to give a richer flavor. Even my friend who has messed up boiling water can make this.

I'm from the south and this pie is great! So easy, tastes just like grandma's. I use a cookie crust made with butter and crushed cookies. I also cover the top layer of the pie with pecans. I served it at an international Thanksgiving dinner and it was the best dessert! Everyone raved about it!

Rosemary Roasted Turkey

I am an event planner and made this turkey 8 times this year and each time it came out GREAT. Hands down my winning turkey and everyone raved about it. I have used fresh and dried herbs. Fresh is better but dried can work too with pretty equal results. The drippings made a great gravy too!

Grandma's Corn Bread Dressing

This was a great cornbread. I don't even like cornbread and I liked this. I used hushpuppy mix and prepared it like the recipe said, then baked it like bread. I left it uncovered overnight. I did the recipe exactly and it was a hit! No leftovers and I cooked for an international group. They all said they loved it.

Powdered Sugar Cookies I

These cookies are great! They are soft but with a crunchy edge and just sweet enough. I had to add a touch more flour to get the perfect cookie. I did not use shortening like so many people did and they turned out great!

Banana Bread V

The best banana bread I have had. It was not to dense and baked perfectly. I did not add the extra egg and it is fine. I baked mine in a 9x13 metal pan for 38 minutes and it is perfect!

Strawberry Cinnamon Oatmeal Muffins

These were sooo tasty and easy. None were left after the brunch and everyone wanted the recipe. I also filled my cups up and no spill over because they do not rise to much. I also used brown sugar and they were amazing!

Vegetarian Korma

This was a great and hearty recipe. I used coconut milk and it was wonderful. I would use a little less tomatos next time to help cut down on the acidic taste. My international friends I cooked this for couldn't get enough!
