I know, I know, I shouldn't rate a recipe that I make a ton of changes on but I thought it might help others. This was great! I used kosher salt instead of regular, added a couple of shakes of garlic powder and a hefty pinch of Italian seasoning to the liquid portion before mixing in the flour. I used it for calzones instead of pizza and as I don't have a baking stone I preheated my cast iron skillet and baked on it on a piece of parchment paper. Will definately make again! Very flavorful and the texture was nice and fluffy.
