Creamy Raspberry Ice Pops
I used strawberries instead of raspberries because of cost. It was still delicious! Otherwise I went exactly by the recipe. I always do the first time. The only thing I might do differently is keep some of the fruit chunky or whole....My preference. Creamy and fruity and refreshing on this 95 degree day. Thanks for the recipe!

Spinach and Leek White Bean Soup
Made it exactly. Very good. Very quick and easy. My kids even liked it. My 9 yr old thought it tasted like white chili....(kind of). If you don't eat it right away you will need to add more broth. I will make it again.

Jalapeno Popper Spread
Made it for a party exactly as the recipe stated. I would change two things. 1st.... I would mix some of the parm in the mixture and not add it all to the top and second I would add more jalapeno's.....I prefer it more hot. But it was definately a keeper and everyone enjoyed it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
