No-Fuss Chicken
This is the first time I didn't follow a recipe exactly. I used chicken wings. After I browned the wings in the butter, I layed them out onto a 9x13 pan and popped them in the oven for about 30 minutes because I didn't have time to wait over 2hrs for dinner. They were brown, buttery, crispy and tasty. I made the gravy to pour over mashed potatoes on the side. Nice flavor and even my picky 7 year old gobbled it up.
