LOVED his recipe even though we changed it a little. We added pineapple near the end of the baking time, and while preparing it, we added a lot more garlic clove, 2 green onions and a 1/2 lemon squeezed over the chicken. We also added a little sesame oil with the soy sauce, and DID not put any salt in it because of the soy sauce already having that salty taste. This is great over rice or noodles and we used skinless chicken pieces. You can't go wrong with this recipe, although it never carmelized for us (could be all the changes we made) it is easy to make, fast to cook, and DELICIOUS! My son who is not a big fan of meat liked it. Definitley will make this again! Thanks!
