Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2011
awesome... instead of rolling the cheez in, i put half the mixture in the loaf pan, made a well, put cheeze in it then topped it off... also, bacon strips on the top of the loaf added extra flavor. the last 15 min, i put the ketchup topping!

Ranch Crispy Chicken

awesome recipe for people to tweak with... Instead of using dry ingredients i used peppercorn ranch dressing in a bottle, to coat the chicken, then seasoned my bread crumbs with black pepper, oregano, parsley , garlic salt, bit of dill... heaven!!!!

No-Fuss Rice Pudding

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2007
This is the most popular dessert in our family. The little ones get it before bed to fill their tummies for a full nights sleep. But be careful not to use DAY OLD rice. Rice has a natural bacteria that survives the cooking process. The longer it is left a room temperature, the more it multiplies. The result is BAD food poisoning up and down. Refrigerate as soon as possible after serving, and only keep in fridge up to a day.

Black Magic Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2007
Absolutely fabulous, but the funny thing is... I thought id be creative and use 2 bread pans, and make a serious layer cake. But.. i didnt realize that i should have used 3... my mix overflowed out of the bread pans! lol so i turned it into a chocolate cake, with choco sauce and vanilla ice cream creation. Even better! ***note to self get cake pans!!!
