Frenchie's Salad Dressing
I love this recipe! Thanks. I use plain vegetable oil or canola oil. I also use a food processor. first time I made it, I whisked everything together, but using a blender/food processor is so much easier. Whirl all ingedients together & then slowly stream in oil. Beats buying a big bottle of store dressing, when I can adjust this recipe for as many servings as I need.

Creamy Chicken Marsala
made this recipe as written. Way too much marsala and chicken was very bland. Made it again with minor tweeking. I seasoned the chicken before browning and used 1/2 the Marsala. At the end I stirred in 1/2 cup sour cream. Served over fettucine..With changes it was much better.

White Pizza
This was pretty good...Thanks for the basic recipe. I used a Pillsbury thin crust in the can cuz that's what I had, but it turned out great for a saturday afternoon watching movies. Will shuzz it up a little next time. And NO it is NOT New York pizza, but if you live in the middle of the country & cant get GREAT east coast pizza, this does help.
