Disappointed...I am sure there is nothing wrong with the recipe itself. New to baking, I baked this in a mini muffin pan for 15-18 minutes. The topping was hard and crispy, came out like a sugar candy. Is it suppose to be like that? Overall, it was okay but definitely did not come out even close to one of those fancy coffeehouse muffins. Also topping made much more than called for and ended up throwing away.
