Raspberry & Applesauce gelatin salad

YUM YUM YUM!! I made this twice in one week it was so good! I used sugar free jello instead of regular, because some of my family have diabetes. Since I did that, I let my daughter eat it for breakfast.

Rhubarb Gelatin Salad

LOVED IT!!! I made this for mothers day dinner and everyone who ate it liked it. I will definitely make this again and again. I used sugar free jello, so I let my daughter eat the rest of it for breakfast! It has lots of fruit and nuts in it so why not! It's better than powdered donuts!

Asparagus with Garlic and Onions

This was very tasty! Asparagus tastes best in simple dishes like this one! I put the garlic through a garlic press because we don't like big chucnks of garlic. This was delicate and flavorful. Next to grilling asparagus this is my new favorite!

Reuben Chicken

We thought this was very bland, and I'm not sure why it is so highly rated. The chicken itself had no flavor and the sauce was very watery. I asked my husband what would make it better, but we can't come up with anything. Won't be making this again.

Baked Corn Casserole

This was only ok. none of my family went back for seconds. I won't make this again, even if I make changes. The chilis gave it a funny taste, and it was a very loose concoction.

these were fun and easy to make. I think I made them too small though cuz I came out with way more than the recipe said I'd yield! My daughter loved helping me roll the balls.

Spicy Corn Dip

I chose this dip because I have a friend who has celiac's disease, and this recipe was gluten free. Everyone who tried it loved it. It makes a lot though, so watch out! My husband didn't like the taste of the green onion so I might try finely chopped red onion next time.

Spooky Witches Fingers

These were awesome!!! You could make them green too and that would be cool. You could make them long and fat for giant's fingers. The kids loved them. So did the Adults! I think I will use red frosting instead of the gel next time. It tastes better.

This was great!!! My daughter wanted more and more. This is going to be a recipe I turn to on my "I need something quick" nights, and there are always a few! The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because it was a little bland, so I added some salt and more parm!

This had good flavor, but was too much work. If I make it again, I'm just going to use instant lemon pudding. My cooked pudding turned out lumpy, even though I was constantly stirring.

Simple Time Pork Chops

This had great flavor and the chops were soooo juicy. There was a lot of fat that ran off into the pan. It was not greay though. I don't think there is anything to be done about the fat. but this is definitely a keeper!!

Creamy Mustard Pork Chops

This was yummy, but a little strong. I think next time I'll use less lemon/pepper and less dijon. My husband liked it, as well as my daughter (who doesn't like mustard!)
