i dunno wats wrong, its not carmelized or thts the right thing? its too salty, next time i'll double the maple syrup, reduce the soy and add lil water.

Chocolate-Mascarpone Phyllo Triangles

as good as mascarpone, chocolate, nuts and phyllo pastry can be. i use less ingrendients, i use best choc spread mixed with mascarpone and walnuts and wrap it in the phyllo pastry. not sure how to make a triangle so i just fold it in square, and still leaking. im ight have to use more phyllo to avoid leaking...maybe, dunno.

Steamed Green Tea Cake with Black Sesame Seeds

Brilliant. not greasy and fluffy. the only thing is i dont know how to fold the white to the yolk mixture, i have to MIX it. theres several parts of the yolk mixture that doesnt really mixed well with the white and it turns dense ( not fluffy) next time i'll add pinch of salt and double the green tea. and i dont know how to make a preety cake like yours, mine stick to the metal container. i'll use parchment paper next time. we call this cake "kue bolu" in indonesia. they use small cup ( much like muffin cup) lined with parchment paper and fill it with cake batter and steam it. the taste is pretty much the same. i love this comfort food and this is a good option when you are ill.

Green Tea Layer Cake

i use 1.5x more green tea powder and i love the strong taste. i use 3/4 cup of sugar to the cake, that was good. im not really into sweet cakes. the frosting was way too sweet for me. i use whipping cream instead of cream cheese. afterall, my friends love it, but for me its too sweet and too milky. but i really love the vibrant color and the strong "bitterness" of the green tea. btw, i have some problem as the cake didnt develop well, it is way too dense. and i wouldlike to subsitute the yogurt, if i could coz its too mily for me.

Taiwanese Fried Tofu

i dont know whay but my tofu caouldnt be as black as the picture. the sauce is very thin and the sauce isnt really get nito the tofu, im not sure if i wanna do it again with the tofu. but teh sauce is very fragrant i think i'll do it again but i'll replace tofu with noodle :) thnks!

Strawberries and Cream Bread Pudding

terrific. but theres sumthin wrong w my strawberries. the strawberries leaking during the baking process. the 1st time i cut it, it was waterry inside. then i refrigerate it, it seems okay now. i didnt use any sugar, i add more jam. and i top it with melted chocolate and made strawberry sauce as follows: boil 200 cc of commercial apple juice with 1 tbsp of cornstartch. remove from heat, mixed it with 3/4 cup of fresh strawberry puree and few drop of almond essence. tastes so great!

French Vanilla Slices (Mille-feuilles)

okay, so ihave made some changes.. i used 4 tbsp of flour. and i dip each baked pastry with meletd choc on the top. i used sliced strawberry instead of any other fruit used in the original recipe. turned out great..but a very bad looking dessert. all the pastry puffed and i cant put them in layers...the custard run down .....>.
