Peppermint Chocolate Fudge

i dont like chocolate, but i made this for my co-workers and most of them loved it. i sprinkled 2 peppermint candy canes and some andes mint chips on top of it

Pecan Pie V

i honestly never liked pecan pie until i made this. instead of baking at 450 for 10 mins then reducing it to 350, i set the oven to 300 degrees and baked for about 50 minutes, just until the top started cracking. that way it didnt burn the crust or any of the pecans on top. the no syrup recipe is very good. funny, but it tastes better the next day. ( i didnt know that worked with pies lol)

Cashew Cookies

very good, not too sweet, not too bland :) followed directions but added a little vegetable oil to the recipe to make the cookies a little chewy, and they turned out great! just wish i used more cashews

it came out perfect! i followed all the directions, and took advice from some other noters and brushed an egg white on the crusts, and everything was just right for it. definately 5 stars

Green Beans with Cherry Tomatoes

these were really good. i cooked them just until tender, and used only a pinch of sugar, and a little more spices. instead of just pouring the mixture over the green beans, i added the beans into the skillet and tossed, and covered them for a bit to let the juices cook in

Pesto Spaghetti Squash

This was amazing. My first time ever eating or cooking spaghetti squash. I modified a little bit, actually left out the olive oil for the end, only used two teaspoons of butter, and one teaspoon of pesto. Little dashes of everything else, and it was fantastic :) I think I'll make this for the next family reunion or get together
