After reading other reviews and making the slow cooker lazagne, I decided to try this without cooking the elbow noodles at all. It turned out great! I also beat the eggs and then added the milk(s), cheese and other stuff. Try not cooking the noodles first, it is great!

Slow Cooker Lasagna

Slow Cooker Chicken with Mushroom Wine Sauce

This was a very enjoyable meal for my 3 kids and me! I served pasta to go along with it. My kids don't like mushrooms but it was easy to serve their's without getting any! I'll definately make this again!

Fettuccini with Salsa Cruda and Feta

We altered this recipe by making a dressing of olive oil, red wine vinegar and sugar and added it to the tomato mixture. It turned out really well!

Pork Chops with Blue Cheese Gravy

I served this to my husband and we both loved it! We decided to grill the pork chops and then add the gravy. I also used about a teaspoon of corn starch to thicken the gravy just a little. I'll definately make this again!

Blue Cheese Burgers

My husband and I loved these burgers! We usually just serve plain burgers with melted blue cheese on top. The blue cheese flavor actually in the burgers was terrific! We still melted a little cheese to top the burgers! Great recipe even though my kids didn't appreciate it!

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

My husband and I throughly enjoyed this meal! The flavor of the meat was delicious!!! I still need to work on the perfect thickening agent for the sauce. I used corn starch rather than the gravy mix and I'm still not quite satisfied. I think next time I'll try the gravy mix instead!

Ham and Cheese Omelet Casserole

My kids really liked this meal. One suggested to add more cheese next time, and the other asked for sausage. Both would be great! I found it took less time to cook (about 40 minutes) than the recipe had indicated. All in all, a great, quick, easy and popular meal!
