WOW!!! This recipe deserves more than 5 stars! It is absolutely delicious - the perfect balance of sweet and rich. Not too bitter at all. It lives up to the name "Satiny." It was smooth as silk, and looked absolutely beautiful drizzled over my triple chocolate bundt cake. My husband and I used the leftover glaze over ice cream - TO DIE FOR! I made it in the microwave as some other reviewers suggested. This will be made again and again, for sure!

Fantastic!!! Totally authentic, restaurant quality Thai Red Curry Sauce. This was so simple, but so delicious. I made it with sea bass instead of monkfish, because I had some fresh. The following week I tried it with shrimp. Amazing! I'm sure it would be great with chicken as well. This one is definitely a keeper.

These are AMAZING!!!!! I use Malibu Rum, which gives them a wonderful, fresh coconut flavor. As others have suggested, make sure you grind the wafers and nuts very fine. You don't want "chunks" in the rum balls. And they definitely taste better after a full day or two. These are always a hit and so easy to make!

Excellent! I made this for our family's annual "Mexican Fiesta" and it was a huge hit. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it needs some SPICES! Yes, the chili's give it a little kick, but it needs more. I added 1 tsp. ground cumin, 1/2 tsp. garlic and 1/2 tsp. oregano. I also dusted the chicken with cumin, salt and pepper before cooking. I used 1 cup skim milk instead of chicken broth, and it was nice and rich a creamy. I will definitely make this again!

PHENOMINAL!!!! This has a perfect balance of sweet and spicy. I roasted the squash and onions before adding to the broth for a deeper flavor. Blending it in the blender gives it a wonderful, velvety consistency. I used 1 cup unsweetened apple sauce instead of a whole apple, and evaporated skim milk instead of regular. Low fat, low sugar AND low calorie! It was fantastic. This is a new fall/winter staple for me!

A long time family favorite!!! This is a very rich, very sweet, yummy, gooey dessert. I use white chocolate chips instead of butterscotch. I find that the butterscotch is overkill, since these bars are so sweet already. The white chocolate mellows it out a little. A classic!!

A classic recipe! As many other reviewers suggested, I add about 3/4 cup of peanut butter for a real rich, peanut butter taste. Do yourself a favor - sneak one or two of these a few minutes after you place the kisses in....they are all melty and warm and delicious!

Fantastic!!!! Absolutely delicious. I make a ton of this to bring to friends and families houses for holiday parties. Everyone loves it! I cut down a little on the almond extract, otherwise the almond flavor is a bit too strong for my taste. Also, the full amount of whiskey will make it VERY strong. Adjust according to your taste...I usually use 1 cup. Add a tiny bit of peppermint extract for mint Irish Cream. Yummmm!

3 words: OH MY GOOOOOOOSH!!!!!!!! These cookies are unbelievable, rich, decadent, melt-in-your-mouth goodness. They are so moist, even days later, when packed in wax paper. I want to play around with them and try a drop of fruit preserves or pie filling in the middle. I can imagine it would taste almost like a fruit cheesecake-cookie. A definite keeper!!! No one will ever believe how quick and simple this recipe is.

Excellent! 4 garlic cloves is a bit much, so you may want to start with 2 and adjust to your taste. I also added a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to prevent browning. This freezes very well. Great way to use up all that basil in the summer!

This is a wonderful, "base" recipe for vodka sauce. But where are the herbs/seasonings? Just using crushed tomatoes will give you a pretty bland flavor. Instead, I use a batch of my homemade tomato sauce, which includes a little garlic, fresh basil and oregano. If you do use the canned tomatoes as indicated in this recipe, do yourself a favor and add some herbs in there. The end result is FANTASTIC! Tastes just like restaurant vodka sauce. A very impressive dish for company or special occasions.

The ONLY reason I didn't give this recipe 5 stars is because I followed others' suggestions and tweaked the spices a little. I doubled the cinnamon (1 tsp) and halved the cloves (1/2 tsp). This was PERFECT!!! Wonderful flavor and texture. Warning: the dough doesn't smell that great (I was really nervous!), but they taste fantastic when baked. This will be a Christmas staple recipe from now on!

5 Stars IF you add 1 tsp. cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg and 1 tsp. vanilla extract. How could you make a banana bread with NO spices?? Anyway, with these simple additions it is PHENOMINAL!!! The best banana bread ever. I usually make 1 batch with 1 cup chopped walnuts, and 1 batch with 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips. Delicious!

OUTSTANDING! Who would ever think, in a million years, that these are made with Saltine crackers?? And that they're so easy! They literally take about 15 minutes from start to finish. They were a hit..everyone polished them off at the party I brought them to. My mind is spinning with ideas for different topping combinations...white chocolate and toasted coconut with slivered almonds will be next!

I was torn about how to rate this recipe. Personally, I would probably give it 2 stars. I made it for a potluck luncheon at work and everyone seemed to like it (a 4?) so I compromised with 3 stars. The sauce is almost BBQ-ish, but not quite. I thought it was way to sweet, so maybe I will cut down on the grape jelly a bit next time. I can't quite put my finger on it...the taste was interesting, but I didn't love it.

PHENOMINAL!!! This is, by far, the best spin/artichoke dip I have ever tasted, and I get it at restaurants whenever I see it on the menu. It is rich, creamy and very flavorful. I was not stingy with the garlic, and added some fresh ground black pepper as well. I also added about 1/4 cup of sour cream to make it super smooth and creamy. At the last minute I threw in some of the shredded monteray jack cheese as well (I used that instead of mozzarella), and I think that helped to hold the dip together a little after it was heated. I also threw in some diced red bell pepper for some color. I heated it and served it in a large sour dough bread bowl. It was a hit!!! I will be making this recipe A LOT more often. This one's a classic.

Delicious, quick and SO SIMPLE! I'm giving this recipe five stars with a little tweaking...I toss the apples in some brown sugar and cinnamon before baking to evenly coat them all (rather than just sprinkling cinnamon on top). The brown sugar adds just the right amount of rich sweetness. I also omit the water. I find that the fresh apples give off enough of their own liquid. You really can't go wrong with this recipe...a classic!

AMAZING! Very easy and absolutely delicious. I tried it with almonds also, but I like the pecans much better. These are a big hit with anyone who likes nuts. Warning: they are very addictive!!!
