It was really good! A little bit of garlic salt went a long way. I would recomend adding some. All in allit was a good recipe and I will make it again.

my husband loves this dish very much. It will most likely be a staple at our house. He liked the ritz crackers so we doubled that.

Apple Crisp II

Great recipe. The only thing I did that differed from the recipe was to dice the apples then put the apples in the sugar, flour and ground cinnamon mix. Then spoon the mix into individual oven safe ramikens.I baked 6 of them @ 350 degress for 35 minutes. This is one of my favorites!!

French Lentil Salad with Goat Cheese

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2013
I love this recipe, it was wonderful. I followed the recipes but, I did omitted the grape tomatoes. My husband, who is 100% meat and potatoes kinda guy, he said I understand why you like it. That pretty much means he wont eat it but it wasn't horrible. This is recipe is one you can make and keep in the fridge. It stores well so you can have a yummy pre-made side dish for the next few days.

Quick Tuna Casserole

this recipe was a hit with my 2 and 1 year old. The hubby liked it too. I add a small amount of bread crumbs and sprinkled cheese on top at the last minute. just enough time to melt

Pizza Pinwheels

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2014
My kids (2 & 3) loved these. They were very quick and easy to make. Both kiddos were able to help sprinkle on the cheese and roll 'em up. I did not use pepperoni because they don't like pepperoni. Otherwise, I followed the directions. I will be making these again soon.
