Alfredo Sauce

Great base to start from. Added some mushrooms, spinach and broccoli in some white wine and butter and added to the alfredo. Then added some black olives directly to the sauce. Awsome.

Curry-Coconut Shrimp

Be sure not to chop vegies up too much - makes too much liquid. If you use two large strainers, places minced vegies in one then use the other on top to squeeze extra liquid out, very helpful.

Vanilla Ice Cream IV

Great flavor, but noticed that it froze rock solid. I'm using it as a base for shakes with frozen stawberries or blueberries and a little milk in the blender - great.

Best Spinach Dip Ever

Blender Chocolate Mousse

Very easy to prepare. Mousse was VERY sweet so topping it with unsweetend heavy whipped cream helped temper this.

Favorite Old Fashioned Gingerbread

This recipe is almost impossible to ruin!! I've made it with extra spices, and in 2 different size pans, each time turning out moist and full of flavor. The addition of the cloves adds an especially addictive essence.
