Sauteed Green Beans

Need to break up bacon at least in half before cooking. Used fresh green beans and cooked those separately before putting in the pan with the bacon

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

Haitian French Toast

My family didn't like the orange taste. I made it with regular bread. I put the mixture into a mixing bowl and soaked the bread in there. I thought doing that would be easier than whisking the egg & spices in a 13x9 pan, which it was. I could have used milk instead of heavy whipping cream, would have been less calories.

Orange Juice Chicken

I added sliced almonds to the chicken after putting on the onions. This added a touch more flavor which made the dish great!

Baked Lamb Chops

I added oregano, garlic powder, pepper, and Chef Paul's Poultry Magic. It came out very good and very easy to make. Next time I will reduce cooking time by 15 so the lamb chops are medium rare. The 40 mins the recipe calls for made them turn out well done.
