White Cheese Chicken Lasagna
I’m very careful about selecting recipes based on ingredients and reviews so this is my 1st unfavorable review which seems odd considering the number of comments and wonderful ingredients, but I understand now why so many rated this good after they had completely altered the recipe… as written doesn’t work. This dish is bland, a waste of time, and a waste of $. I prepared according to directions plus seasoning the chicken as mentioned in the comments. 25 minutes prep time is completely unrealistic – it takes a lot longer to make this dish and it takes longer than 35 mins bake time to heat the dish in the middle. There is absolutely no flavor and very little texture. The ricotta cheese overpowers the chicken and spinach flavors. Considering the amount of prep and time this took, I was expecting a fabulous dish and was extremely disappointed as was my family.

Zippy Praline Bacon
This is a 5 star recipe. "Excellent!" The receipe is perfect as written and of course the baking time just like any other piece of bacon depends on oven, thickness of bacon, and preference. This is a must try recipe that everyone should check out at least once (once a week in my house). I doubt there will be any left overs, but if so, it reheats in the microwave in about 15 seconds the next day and is just as great.
