Hoagie Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2007
My husband loves this dip. I also add vinegar to it either red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar. I decided to try it out at a baby shower. I made a small batch. The whole bowl was eaten and everyone kept asking if there was more. I would say it was a big hit. Was asked for the recipe 4 times that day. Thanks again for a great recipe!!!!!!

Wheat Germ Whole-Wheat Buttermilk Pancakes

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2007
This is really good. I have not had a pancake in a year and I really wanted some. Did not have baking soda and still turned out great. Cured my craving for pancakes. Will make again.

I was suprised that I actually like chick peas. I do not think this tastes like tuna salad maybe the consistancy is. It was very good though. The sweet pickles make the recipe. Ate with wheat thins good!!!!!!!!

Italian-Style Spaghetti Squash

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2007
This was fantastic. I added garlic, mushrooms, basil, and 1/2 cup of I can't beleive its not butter spray to the sauce at the very end. The butter gave it a pretty color and definitely added to the sauce. I tasted it without it and liked it better with the butter. This is a versatile dish as you can add whatever you like.

Good cake. Did not taste like a box cake to me. I served with fluffy peanut butter frosting from this site with a dallop of cool whip. Delish!!!

Corn Dip II

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2007
I was looking for something different and this was it. My fiancee hates anything to do with mexican food. I mixed everything together the night before and everytime I saw him in the kitchen he was eating the dip. The next day what was left I baked. We liked it both ways but it was awesome hot. Served with fritos scoops.

Deer Poppers

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2007
These were the hit of the superbowl party. Only one problem I did not make enough. Oops! Even my hunter fiancee who does not eat venison ate them every time he went into the kitchen. I did heat some grape jelly to dip in. Was very good. Will be making these often.
