Apple Muffins

Fig and Date Bread

great bread- very fruity and easy to make. I substituted raisins for figs and it turne dout nice.we loved its flavour.

Banana Wheat Bread

great wheat bread- mildly sweet & mildly flavoured..a bit dry though-I would increase the amount of mashed bananas and reduce the salt-otherwise was nice..thanks for the healthy alternative

Hearty Vegetable Lasagna

Pineapple Bread

Grandmother's Famous Cranberry Bread

The bread was thick and heavy and just a little bit dry-but has a delicious blend of flavors and it is a perfect accompaniment with tea -my friends loved it

Pad Thai

The Phad Thai from this recipe was bland-absolutely non spicy unlike the real phad thai-maybe some onions and chilli peppers will spice it up..

Great recipe-I increased the butter amount by 1/2 cup and added some nuts ,it was crisp and buttery--a great chocolate chip cookie!

I tried this recipe--by using recipe scaling, somehow the quantity of ingredients was not right and the dough turned out too dry.So the biscotti turned out to be dry.Also the biscotti was quite bitter.

Biscotti Toscani

This is the first biscotti that I baked--the quantity of the ingredients was perfect and the biscotti came out well, had a delicate flavour and everyone loved it--and I plan to make this on a regular basis.
