This was awesome! I made it for my husband's birthday and it was the hit of the party. I used just a tiny bit of cheddar cheese, but I wish I would have left it out since it made the consistency lumpy as the dip cooled. I kept it hot in my stoneware fondue pot over a low flame. Tasted great with celery sticks!

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

This dip was OK. I thought that the alfredo flavour was too prominent, and the cheeses did not come through as much. My guests liked it though. I kept it hot in my stoneware fondue pot over a low flame.

Pizza Pinwheels

These were a huge hit at our party! They were very messy, but came out beautiful. I cooked them in muffin tins so they would have a nice round shape. I also grated some cheese overtop before sticking them in the oven. I served them hot with jalapeno ranch dipping sauce. I will definitely make these again!

These were delicious! Next time I will use real crab (Husband accidentally bought imitation) but they were still delicious, and easier than they look!

Cheddar Bay Biscuits

YUM YUM YUM YUM! These were awesome! I used my pastry brush to brush on the butter mixture before they went in the oven , halfway through and when they came out. They were buttery and delicious! I added a touch of garlic powder to my batter too. My husband ate 3 of them at dinner! Served it with the Crab Stuffed Mushrooms and Sole with Butter Sauce from this site. Even better than going out!

Sole In Butter Sauce

It was delicious! I halved the butter sauce and added flour to thicken it....and extra white wine! Delish!

Easy Never Forgotten Guacamole

I love guacamole, so I used this recipe as a way to experiment with a different mix of ingredients, but ended up subsituting a couple of things from my own recipe. I used Miracle Whip instead of sour cream, and Red Hot instead of salsa (just two dashes). I chopped some red peppers for colour instead of tomatoes and it turned out great!

This recipe is a good base, but it needed more zip....I added tangy cocktail sauce and Old Bay Seasoning, as well as chopped green onion.

Tzatziki Sauce

Tasty recipe if you make sure to strain the yogurt (even if it is full-fat). I used balkan yogurt. I did not read the reviews before making it....so when it became runny from the food processor, I just strained it through some cheesecloth and it was perfect! Great served with garlicky pita or veggies!
