I am a wife, nuse, and a mom. I love to cook for my family and I love to try different things. I enjoy trying new foods from all around the world. My favorite things to cook are new recipes. I like trying new things espically when they are quick, easy and full of great flavor! I love to cook thanksgiving/christmas dinner. We live far away from all our family so I like to make the holidays special for my husband and son. They would probably be my baked spagetti and my overnight baked beans! When I find a recipe that my family likes I put them together in a unused photo album. It cured my problem of having my good recipes scattered about and not being able to find them when I needed them! It would have to biscotti, I can't seem to get them right...
