Lime Chicken Soft Tacos
Delicious! Here's what I did differently: cut chicken into thin strips, fried the chicken in about 1/8 cup tequila and a little olive oil until no longer pink on the outside, added the lime juice (from 1 whole lime) then the rw vinegar and seasoning, omitted oregano and added cumin and cilantro, and cooked it until done. Will definitely make it again.
