This recipe was tremendous. I have tried many Marsala recipes, but this is by far the only one I have ever made that is “Second To None”. The only change I made was to reduce the chicken broth to one cup. My family likes a lot of gravy/sauce so I did not reduce the liquid, however, I did thicken it with flour which enabled it to stay on the pasta. I rated this with 5 STARS, although it Rated a 10 at our dinner table. Thanks Nan for sharing.☺

Zesty Tilapia with Mushrooms

In a word INCREDIABLE!!! I made only a few changes, I decreased the lime from two to one, I used fresh mushrooms, and I added Emeril's Original Essence. It was awesome. I will make this again often. My family loved it. Thanks for this wonderful recipe.

Steak Stir-Fry

WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL!!! This is the best stir-fry recipe I have ever tried and probably the last. In my opinion it was perfect. I used pork, instead of beef, which I had on hand. It rated 5 Stars with my family and I shall definitely use this recipe when I make stir-fry again. Thanks. Iret

Pasta With White Clam Sauce

We had this last night for dinner and enjoyed it very much. It was a snap to prepare. However, my husband is not fond of onions so I decreased it by 2 tablespoons, which in our opinion did not take anything away from your recipe. I might add there was none leftover. I will make this dish often. Thanks for adding some zip to clam sauce. Minime

Alternative Baked Salmon

My family liked the salmon, but found the breadcrumb crust too dry and overpowering. They actually removed it. I follower your recipe exactly and it had such great reviews that I was disappointed when it did not make a hit with my family. To be fair, I will try it again with a few changes. I will, however, use the same ingredents listed in your recipe. If you don't mind, I would like to review your recipe again. Sincerely, Iret

Broccoli Noodles and Cheese Casserole

Jodie, this recipe was indecribably delicious!!! I served this with a pork roast, and it was the perfect side dish. I only used 8 ounces of noodles, and added pepper and salt and this worked very well with the balance of the ingredients. GREAT, GREAT, GREAT. Iret

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Hi Phoebe, This was the best Tilapia recipe I have ever tried and it is THE BEST. The only thing I did was to add more freshly grated Parmesan cheese, otherwise, I did not change a thing. I will definitely make this often. Thanks for sharing your recipe. Iret

Abby's Chicken Rollatini

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

Stovetop Pork Chops and Potatoes

Easy Corn Fritters

My family did not like these Corn Fritters at all!!! They were too oily, and heavy. We prefer Corn Fritters, the traditional way. If they were not so oily, they could have tasted more like Potato Pancakes, with corn instead of onions. Incidentally, I followed the recipe to a tea. Hersay
