super easy to make. very decadent desert. great with whipped cream and raspberry sauce. also served with coffee ice cream. all guests complemented this one!

Elegant Fig Appetizers with Goat Cheese and Almonds

quick, easy, and fabulous! my neighbor asked me to bring an appetizer for a dinner gathering. they went fast! everyone commented how great they were. super easy to make, especially when you have a fig tree in your front yard!

Banana Cream Pie I

this was super easy to make, and delicious! i've never made (or eaten) banana cream pie. i had ripe bananas and didn't want to make banana bread, so i opted for pie. i took it to a bbq and all the guests raved on how great it was.
