Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2001
I had this recipe back in college and loved it. I have been searching for the recipe for months and finally found it here, it is as great as I remeber. My 3 1/2 year old who will never try anything loved it (of course- it is really a dessert)! I highly recommend this!

Mom's Secret Recipe Beef Stew

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2009
This was very good and very easy. I will make it again. My husband really liked it. I only give five stars for something that is out-of-this-world.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2009
This cake came out perfect, was delicious and is so easy, perfect for when you are in a pinch for time. I sprinkled it w/ powdered sugar & served w/ vanilla ice cream to help soften the intense chocolate flavor!

Pumpkin Turkey Chili

This was okay, I thought it was bland. my kids and husband thought it was "good" but no one ate the leftovers. I probably won't make it again.

Mom's Best Ham and Bean Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2012
Great flavor, the beans cooked perfectly. For our family it was too tomatoey for our liking (reminiscent of campbells tomato soup but with fresh ingredients and flavors). Good recipe, thanks for sharing.

Creamed Eggs on Toast

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2014
Creamed Easter Eggs!! I grew up eating this! We had it once a year on Easter. Mom would set some colored eggs aside in the fridge and then the egg mixture would have colored pieces. We set the yolks aside and grated in the yolk to taste in the sauce. Serve some grated yolk on top for "golden rod" Salt & pepper. Saves well for the next day.
