I have made this recipe at least a dozen times, and it's never a fail. You definitely would increase the flour to get the look of the cookies in the picture. I usually add an extra 3/4 cup. Either way you do it though, (melt in your mouth of firm) the cookie is soo delicious. I always get great comments. Note: when adding flour, it doesnt make a difference how much you add, just do it a quarter cup at a time, and stop when you've reached the consistency that you want. I achieve the look of the cookies in the picture with an extra 3/4 cup. (Beat it in 1/2 cup at a time though) and make sure you roll the douh in balls, so keep the dough in a cool spot.
