Mom's Zucchini Bread
I cut the recipe in half to just make 1 loaf. I used 2 eggs instead of 1.5 and baked it for a full hour. It was still kind of gooey in the middle. Does anyone have any advice on how to make it not gooey? Do I just need to cook it longer or use on 1 egg? Thanks
