My 2 year-old son and husband loved this. It was SO QUICK and EASY to prepare, unlike our standard weekend breakfasts of bacon, eggs, and potatoes. I used leftover bread from last night's dinner, which was a cheddar garlic loaf, adding a great flavor to the casserole. I will definitely be making this again, adding some veggies to make a healthier version ;) I also used pre-cooked, frozen turkey sausage links which cut the prep time down dramatically. I especially loved that this recipe, unlike most similar recipes, did not use cream of mushroom soup as the base-yuck! Thanks for a nice, simple, tasty, easy Sunday morning breakfast! I will surely be making this again :) But please, do yourself a favor and do NOT try to speed up cooking by upping the temperature... it only results in burnt eggs, which are not tasty as all :p
