Marinated Tuna Steak

Reviewed: May 12, 2013
Awesome...have tried it with Tuna and Swordfish. I slice Fresh Ginger real thin and add it to the marinade...also make sure it makes it to the fish. I've grilled and pan seared...excellent combination of flavors. I add honey when grilling...helps to get a good char on the outside...

Sausage, Peppers, Onions, and Potato Bake

Quick and easy. Only change I'll make next time is to use some different peppers...probably a combination of sweet and spicy...

Maria's Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2013
Wonderful recipe. Made it for the family and the kids loved it. Will be a new addition to the regular rotation. Try it with the "Egg Drop Soup (Better than restaurant quality)"...complete Asian meal!

Pork Tenderloin

Good recipe. Next time I'll grill instead of bake. Nice contrast on the salty marinade and sweet apple glaze.

Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2011
Great recipe...very easy...definitely need to add to the sauce like others have suggested. If you like lemon, use the zest...if not, the juice is fine. If you're cooking for children or those who are wary of spice...be careful on the pepper

Best Mushroom soup I've tasted. It was so good, I opted for seconds on the soup and only ate half of my Filet...

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

People beg me to make this. Perfect on the grill. Remember to soak the skewers (if wood) to prevebt them from burning.

Old Bay® Shrimp Fest

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2009
My new "tailgate" recipe. I will probably peel the shrimp next time. And I might even use frozen corn to make eating easier......but the flavor/mix of ingredients is exceptional. I used six different types of sausage/kielbasa for variety (made a large batch for 25), and I used an English Porter for the beer. I cut the shrimp amount in half and added an equal amount of bay scallops instead......fantastic!

Perfect Turkey

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2008
Have made this the last two thanksgivings. Best turkey recipe I've ever tried. The keys are the soaking in brine overnight...(gets out all the blood which dries out the turkey), and cooking it top-side down (makes the juices run to the white meat and the dark meat always stays moist) Wonderful. Wouldn't change a thing

Maple Salmon

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2008
Best recipe I've found here. Have made it multiple times and have passed it on to numerous people. The mixture of sweet (syrup) and salt (soy) with the added spice of the garlic and pepper, combined with the easiness of the recipe (hardest thing is mincing the garlic) makes this an immediate family favorite. Great on chicken and pork as well!

Have made this numerous times to glowing reviews. Even used celery once with some onion powder (didn't have an onion), and it was fantastic.
