Chocolate Pavlova

This deserves 100 stars; it is sooooooo insanely good! Taking other reviewers' advice, I ground some chocolate chips in a food processor vs melting the chocolate. I also used lemon juice instead of vinegar.

Thai Cashew Chicken

I used half the amount of reduced sodium soy sauce and it was still wayyyyyyyyyyyy too salty. I got the impression it could have been quite good without all the salt so I will probably try it again using very little soy sauce.

Slow Cooker Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

This was AWESOME!!! I used twice the teriyaki (homemade) and added 4X the mount of broth...except used vegetable broth b/c I discovered I was out of chicken broth. Left in the the crock pot on low all day (about 10 hours), shredded the pork, mixed it with rice and veggies, and basically made it a soup.

Pear Bread I

This is fantastic! I peeled and shredded three medium pears, which wound up being slightly more than 2 cups. I also subbed no-sugar-added applesauce for the oil and egg beaters for 2 of the eggs to make it much lower in fat. Per other reviews, I used 1 Tbsp of vanilla and added 1/8 tsp of nutmeg.

Pizza Dough II

What a great pizza crust!!!! I swapped 1 cup of the water for 1 cup of porter (home brew) and 1/2 cup of the bread flour for whole wheat flour. Very chewy but holds up great to tons of toppings and sooo tasty!

Honey-Garlic Glazed Meatballs

WOW - what a FANTABULOUS sauce!!!! I made up my own recipe for the meatballs (1 lb ground beef, 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp of my own spice mix, 1/4 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup Belgian beer) and had to bake them for 20 minutes. Other than subbing a spray of olive oil for the butter, I made the sauce recipe exactly (though I used double the amount). Sooooo good!

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

Hooray - a change from the icky fried onion casseroles! I sauteed the onions with some garlic in a bit of olive oil, added fresh green beans and then added the flour mixed with the other dry ingredients (halved the salt as others suggested), leaving out the butter entirely. I used fat free sour cream, fat free shredded cheddar, and low-fat Ritz crackers. I will probably use reduced fat cheese next time, as the fat free does not melt very nicely.
