Pumpkin Cheesecake II

Yummy, yummy, yummy! A few modifications due to what I had on hand. Only had coconut rum so I used a coconut pudding in the mix and used pecans and chopped coconut on the bottom of the bundt pan. It was delicious. Made a great big cake and the rum was just right. Definitely a keeper, and will make with other modifications.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Yum Yum Yum! My family ate this up. I am not a big fan of Cr. of Chicken so I substituted 1 can for Cr. of Celery. Would definitely make again. A easy and wonderful, comfort food meal.

Simple Mexican Rice

Very good, simple recipe. After I started I reallized that I did not have any cumin. Instead of the chili powder and cumin, I used taco seasoning. Also added red pepper and corn. Prepared on the stovetop and put in the oven just like recipe states. I cooked it at 375 because the chicken recipe I was using needed that temp. It worked great. My family loved it. Thanks for a great recipe!

Dump Cake V

YUMMY! I made this for a family get together without trying it first. It was such a hit. Everyone loved it. Most people preferred it without whipped topping. I used Raspberry filling instead of cherry and it was excellent. Super easy, too! Thanks for a great recipe I will be sure to use again and again.

Pudding Chocolate Chippers

Yum Yum Yum! These are amazing choc. chip cookies. So many recipes turn out flat and hard, but these are soft and full. Made a couple of variations, but my favorite is using coconut cream pudding - Yummy!
