Whole Wheat Banana Nut Bread
I made these as muffins and baked them for about 22 minutes. I did tweak the recipe a little. I used 1/2 cup white whole wheat flour and the rest regular whole wheat, added 2T coconut oil and about 2 T vanilla yogurt. I also added choc chips to 1/2 the muffins. The texture is good but the flavor is lacking. I think I'll work on making this a little more yummy as it was easy to make. Maybe I'll add brown sugar and more bananas next time? I drizzled a still warm one with orange honey and it was pretty tasty.
