Ranch Dressing II

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2010
LOVE it! Great response from when I take it to gatherings, too. Thin it for dressing, thicken for dip :)

Whole Wheat Banana Nut Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2008
Delicious! I took someone's suggestion and added 1/4 cup banana, super moist! Also, I use coconut oil instead, and I added more, too, and used carob chips in my kids' loaf and chocolate chips in mine :)

Pad Thai

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2008
I'm not generally a "pad thai" kind of person, but I really like this! I added lime, definitly wouldn't add any more fish sauce, and used chili oil instead of crushed pepper. I also added shredded carrots for color. Truthfully, at first the smell was revolting (and I'm pregnant), but the sauce blended w/the noodles very nicely and calmed it down. Yum!

Hearty Garlic Potato Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2008
Awesome! Just what I wanted. I used nitrate-free turkey lunch meat instead, and used 4 cups 1/2 n 1/2 w/4 cups water. I didn't even use parsley, just salt & pepper. Wonderful!

Molasses Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2007
This was a complete flop, I followed it exactly, it was too moist and didn't bake up, the insides are gooey after 1 1/2 hours in the oven. Has great flavor, however, so make it bake and it'll be great!

Tortilla and Bean Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2007
AWESOME! This is on my regular rotation of meals. Sometimes I'll use hamburger. I found this when cooking Sunday night soup night at my church, this was a well received meal!
