Fudge
We loved this recipe. Made many different variations, every one turned out great.
Faves were butterscotch, and a variation w/ cinnamon chips and dark chocolate. (Used just a bit more than a half cup of cinnamon chips, and make up the rest w/ chocolate chips, to get three cups total.)
Experiment -- you really can't go wrong unless you overcook it as another reviewer mentioned. Even then, if it's grainy, it's still a rather tasty recipe!
