Fiery Fish Tacos with Crunchy Corn Salsa

I made this tonight and got rave reviews. I had always loathed the idea of fish tacos...dont know why, maybe I pictured a fish - head still on sticking out of a hard taco shell... Anyhow, this recipe was great and very quick and easy to prepare. We'll definitely put it into our dinner rotation.

Lentils and Rice with Fried Onions (Mujadarrah)

Thhis was great. I used red lentils, Uncle Bens tomatoe flavored rice, and also added lots of cumin. I also grilled up some cut up turkey sausage to make this more of an entree. It is definitely great with some plain yogurt mixed in.
