Excellent, I made 2 the same day, I used 1/2 c fresh lemon juice, water,no milk. I found that if I timed everything perfectly, I would be taking the hot pie crust out of the oven just about the time the lemon curd was done( and no do not cook for 14 min it will break down the cornstarch) I mixied the meringue at the same time so I would be able to put it on the hot curd. The second pie I used 6 egg whites , the meringue was beautiful and high. Great recipe thanks for sharing
