Double Chocolate Pie

I have tried so many chocolate pie recipes, and this one is a no-fail, really terrific tasting recipe!! I have to make one for my son, and a 2nd one for the rest of the family!

Sloppy Joes II

I found this reciped when I did an "ingredient search" to use what I had on hand. I thought it sounded like an odd combination, but OH it was SO good! My whole family liked it. I meant to have leftovers to freeze, but we ate the whole batch that night!

Panzanella Panini

I have made this 4 or 5 times now and my husband LOVES it! Sometimes I add grilled chicken to it and I usually spread a little refrigerated pesto. So good!!

I thought this flavor was pretty good, but the meat was dry. We threw out the leftovers. I followed the directions exactly. There are many other recipes on this site that are better.

Mediterranean Chicken

I wish I had read the reviews before I made this. Next time I will cube the chicken and add feta cheese. The sauce was tasty but the chicken was bland.

Make Ahead Jam Thumbs

I really feel bad after everyone said this is so good. I didn't think it was all that special. I may try again and roll in sugar instead of the nuts to make it more of a cookie. To me it was more of a pastry. It was ok, just not what I expected.

Raspberry Jalapeno Jelly

If you are having trouble getting it to set, is it possible you are using the boiling canning method? That was my problem. Then my friends mom told me to fill the hot jars with the hot jelly, turn the cans upside down. The heat will seal the jars. It has set perfectly every time since I started sealing my jars this way.

Pressure Cooker Italian Chicken Soup

Wow - this was so good! I left out the barley, lentils and parsley (only because I didn't have it), and I used 5 cups of chicken broth. But it was just ridiculously good!! My husband even commented on how good it was and believe me, that is a high compliment!

Black Beans and Rice

Eh - this was just ok. I added fresh tomatoes, corn and a ton of garlic salt. Wrapped it in fresh tortillas w chicken fajita meat. It made so much! It wasnt terrible but I probably won't make it again.
