Banana Banana Bread
...I thought I made good banana bread until I made this recipe. Based on reading the reviews, I learned that you shouldn't use a mixer once you add the bananas to the bread mixture, because it adds air and takes away from the moisture. I didn't have enough butter so I added a few tablespoons of applesauce. I also used 4 very very ripe bananas. My bread was dense and very moist. The best I've ever made. I added cinnamon and nutmeg as well for extra flavor. Delicious.

Cinnamon Rolls III
I've never had too much success with cinnamon rolls until today! I made these and they were wonderful. I used candied pecans and I added raisins too! This is my new cinnamon bun recipe. For the record...I only had rapid-rise yeast and it worked fine. I delivered some to my neighbor's family....otherwise my husband and I would have eaten too many! Thanks for the recipe.

Banana Muffins I
I gave these muffins 5 stars based on the fact that they have no shortening and very little sugar, resulting in a very low calorie muffin. I used 1/3 cup of sugar actually, but I used non-fat sour cream. They stuck a little to the paper, which is not surprising, and I might use a different recipe if I were making these for company. But based on the fact that I made this batch into 11 muffins that were 90 calories each, I will keep this recipe and reuse it over and over. They were very tasty. Next time, I plan on adding fresh blueberries.
